I just wanted to thank everyone for your contributions to the hay for the horses here in Nauvoo.  We received 72 bales (3x4x8) on two trucks (36 bales each) totaling approximately 40 ton!  The hay is the most BEAUTIFUL grass/alfalfa hay you have ever seen.  The horses love it!  Casey told me last night that over $8,000 was donated by the former teamsters (including all of you in our group).  That basically paid for the the hay and part of the shipping!  Each bale cost a little over $100 plus shipping.  We had about 30 bales of local grass in round bales left, so we are going into December with just under 60 ton total.  That should last us into April or May.  Thanks for your generosity and for your service.  Tom is bearing full weight on his bad foot again and the horses are in great shape.  Things are looking good here in Nauvoo.  Hope all is well with you.  We are especially thinking of Tex Hoopes and praying for his recovery.  - Elder Rogers
